Advances industrial transformation through manufacturing, energy, transport, agro-processing, mineral value addition, investment, financing, commercialization, technological upgrading, SMEs, startups, exports, and innovation-led enterprises to strengthen productivity, competitiveness, and national economic resilience.

T3: Human Capital, Health and Knowledge Society

Focuses on human capital, health and education systems, STEM, future skills, biomedical innovation, biotechnology, digital health, research, communication, youth leadership, gender inclusion, responsible innovation, and knowledge institutions for long-term competitiveness.

T4: Climate Resilience, Sustainable Agriculture and Green Transformation

Addresses climate resilience, sustainable agriculture, food systems, biodiversity, conservation, renewable energy, fisheries, livestock, aquaculture, biotechnology, circular economy, climate finance, green investment, and science-based solutions for sustainable resource productivity and national transformation.
